Our parts site is moving to parts.rcwusa.us

Starting Friday, July 24, astoriausaparts.com and wegausaparts.com will redirect to our new parts portal at parts.rcwusa.us.

If you order parts from us, here's the short version: your login doesn't change, your account doesn't change, and the ordering process doesn't change.

Why we're doing this

The company started as General Espresso. After joining the Ryoma Group, we rebranded to RCW USA, Inc. (Ryoma Coffee World, Inc.) — but the Astoria USA parts and Wega USA parts website were originally completely separate.

We carry parts for Astoria, Wega, Storm, and Macap. As many of you know, we also carry parts for non-Ryoma brands like Mazzer and Rocket, for the specific models we support. Running all of that under two brand-specific domains was no longer applicable.

What's new

One home for the company: rcwusa.us

We've launched a corporate site at rcwusa.us. It covers who we are as the U.S. arm of the Ryoma group, our equipment lineup with an interactive catalog, warranty information, and how to reach the right department.

The split is simple: rcwusa.us is for equipment and company information. parts.rcwusa.us is where you order parts and pull documentation.

A rebuilt Order & Quote Builder

The Quick Order Form and the Quote Builder used to be two separate pages doing overlapping things. They're now one tool.

You can:

  • Paste or upload a list of item codes instead of entering them one at a time (column A = item code, column B = quantity — save as .xlsx and upload)

  • Validate codes before adding them to your cart, so you catch problems early

  • Build BWT filtration quotes in the same place, in a dedicated tab

  • Export a quote to Excel or PDF

Macap conversions now happen automatically. Enter a Macap factory part number and it converts to our item code as you type — you'll see the conversion noted right on the line. If it doesn't convert, we likely haven't carried that part. Email service@rcwusa.us and we'll check.

A guide to reading item codes

This one comes straight from questions our team fields constantly. There's now an Item Code Guide explaining why part numbers change and what the prefixes mean:

Prefix

What it means

TBD_

Limited stock, not being restocked. Will eventually become obsolete or be superseded by a replacement.

OBSOLETE_

Not orderable, no substitute available.

REPLACED BY [CODE]_

Order the code named in the prefix — that's the current, orderable number.

It also covers why part numbers shift when availability changes at the manufacturing level, so a code like 46123567 may resurface as 491234567, sometimes with an S suffix. The guide walks through searching by description fragment when a code returns nothing, with real examples.

An updated How to Order page

Rewritten as a straight walkthrough — finding your item code, placing the order, and what happens after you submit. The 2 PM ET cutoff for expedited orders and the credit card authorization required on first orders are both spelled out clearly instead of buried.

What stays the same

  • Your login is the same. Same credentials, same account.

  • Pricing and discounts are unchanged. Your account terms carry over exactly. Retail pricing displays during checkout as it always has — see the order page to calculate your pricing.

  • The ordering process is unchanged. Same cart, same checkout, same team processing it.

These are visual and organizational changes. Nothing behind the login was touched.

If something looks wrong

If you hit a broken link or a page that doesn't load right after the switch, email office@rcwusa.us and we'll address it right away.

For part verification or questions about a replacement code, service@rcwusa.us is the fastest path. Please include your model, serial number, and a photo of the part if you have one.
