A new software update has been released for the Tempesta, and Pilot models.

For those who wish to update the software on their machines, please see the “Software Updates” link under “Service & Maintenance” in the main menu.

Please see the below information regarding the updates:

• CPU Board Base > Remains Unchanged

• Display Board TFT Renesas > From V437 R 8.13 To V437 R 8.15 

• Display Board FTF St > From V645 R 8.13 To V645 R 8.15 

These are the main innovations introduced with the new software:

• Fixed an issue causing unexpected resets of the TFT keyboard board due to the bouncing of the mechanical button, which abruptly stops, starts, and then stops the dispensing again during hot water delivery. This sequence creates a condition that causes the keyboard to attempt to draw the graph incorrectly, accessing a non-authorized memory area. Even with the bar screen displayed (therefore with the graph inactive), the same situation could occur due to a second bug that allowed the graph to be redrawn when unnecessary.

• Fixed an issue involving the sporadic appearance of the dispensing screen with 4 bars (typical of the storm4000) on storm pilot machines, occurring when water was dispensed simultaneously with coffee delivery.
